BayouSocialCo is a marketing and automation agency serving home-services businesses. We set up and manage marketing technology on behalf of our clients — including missed-call text-back, AI-assisted lead qualification, appointment booking, and CRM automation. Specific deliverables, pricing, and terms for client engagements are set out in a separate service agreement.
2. Messaging & SMS terms
If you provide your mobile number and opt in through our chat widget, you consent to receive text messages related to your inquiry or service request. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Your consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or services — including by attempting to disrupt them, access them without authorization, submit unlawful or infringing content, or use them to send unsolicited or unlawful communications.
